1) Purpose
Geuloman maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). This publicly accessible document states our prevention and response standards and applies to all content and behavior on the Geuloman app and related services.
2) Prohibited Content & Conduct
Geuloman strictly prohibits, at all times:
- Posting, sharing, generating, or promoting any content that depicts, sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors.
- Solicitation, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any coercive/inappropriate interactions involving minors.
- Possession, distribution, or access to CSAM on Geuloman or via links to third-party services.
- Attempts to circumvent our enforcement (e.g., coded language, emojis, external file hosts).
Zero tolerance: Confirmed violations lead to immediate removal, account termination, and reporting to relevant law-enforcement authorities as required by applicable laws.
3) Reporting & Response
Users can report suspected CSAE content or behavior through either method below:
- In-app: Use the “Report” function available on posts, profiles, and messages.

Our Safety Team reviews reports promptly. When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAE, we will:
- Preserve relevant records as permitted by law and remove the content.
- Disable or terminate accounts implicated in violations.
- Report to the appropriate authorities consistent with applicable laws and our published standards.
4) Detection & Moderation Measures
- Proactive and reactive moderation (automated signals plus human review).
- Keyword/metadata and link scanning for suspected CSAE vectors.
- Repeat-offender and evasion-detection controls.
- Ongoing reviewer training and escalation procedures.
5) Legal Compliance
Geuloman complies with applicable child-safety laws and regulations. We maintain processes to take appropriate action after obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM, including reporting to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law and our published standards.
6) Scope & Governance
- This policy applies to all user-generated content, messages, media, links, profile data, and in-app behavior.
- It also applies to Geuloman employees, contractors, and moderators handling user content.
- Violations of this policy may result in content removal, account actions, and legal reporting.
7) Updates
We may update this policy to reflect changes in law, technology, or our services. The “Last Updated” date above will be revised and prior versions will be archived upon material changes.
